What is your goal?
We love simplicity (as you can see) and aim to provide everyone with high quality style and with exceptional customer service in the process; it's that simple.

Where are you?
We operate our business out of Texas. Our suppliers' warehouses are in Asia and Australia depending on the item you purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Australian orders
should arrive within 6-15 business days (1-3 weeks), please allow between 1-3 business days to process your order.

U.S. orders delivery times will vary between 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks), please allow between 1-3 business days to process your order.

NZ orders delivery times will vary between 7-20 business days (1-3 weeks), please allow between 1-3 business days to process your order.

Do you ship from Australia?
Because we cater to Australia, New Zealand and the USA, we ship some items directly from our supplier's warehouse in Asia and others from our Australian supplier's warehouse. Please check at the bottom of each product and it will specify which warehouse it will be shipped from.

What is your refund or exchange policy?
We offer a replacement or refund if the item you received is defective or damaged, and also in cases where the wrong item was shipped to you. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item in order to qualify.

We generally do not offer a refund for incorrect choices, but can look at your circumstance and come to a positive solution.
